Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to reschedule your appointment. However, by confirming your booking, you agree that any cancellation, rescheduling or failure to attend made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time will result in the full booking fee (100%) becoming non-refundable. This amount will be retained and applied in accordance with this cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect the time of both our clients and practitioners and to ensure appointment availability is managed fairly and efficiently.
